Orabimus

Terms of Service

1 October 2026

Agreement

Orabimus is a free Catholic Rosary web app at orabimus.com, run independently by its founder. Using the website, the installed app, or the Orabimus Activity inside Discord means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

The service

You can pray the Rosary, read the prayers, and listen to the audio without an account. An account is used for the parts that involve other people: posting an intention, following Fellows, and hosting or joining a Group Rosary. Hosting a room where people pray out loud is for supporters, because that room runs on a separate server. Joining a spoken room and speaking in it stay free.

Your account

You are responsible for the account you sign in with. Do not pretend to be someone else. We may close an account that is used to spam, harass, or break these terms.

What you post

Intentions and the name on your profile can be seen by other people using Orabimus. You keep ownership of what you write. You allow Orabimus to display it inside the service. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, or that you do not have the right to share.

Spoken rooms

When you unmute, the people in that room can hear you. Speak as you would in a church porch: civilly, and only when you mean to be heard.

Payments

Support is optional. Stripe processes the payment, and the price is the one shown at checkout. You can cancel a recurring subscription from the billing screen. A founding gift is a single payment.

Discord

The Activity is Orabimus running inside Discord. Discord’s own terms also apply to your use of Discord. These terms apply to Orabimus.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse other people, probe or break the service, scrape it in a way that degrades it for everyone else, or use it to harm someone.

Availability

The service is offered as it is. Features can change, pause, or stop. The prayers and the audio are offered free of charge.

Not official counsel

Orabimus is a prayer aid. It is not pastoral counseling, medical advice, or an official publication of the Catholic Church.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Orabimus is not liable for indirect loss from use of this free service. Nothing here removes rights the law gives you where you live.

Changes

When these terms change, the new version replaces this page and the date above changes with it. Continuing to use Orabimus after that date means you accept the new terms.
